Highway safety
On the Highway Buckle up, slow down, and don’t drive impaired. Be well-rested and alert. Use caution in work zones. Give your full attention to the road. Avoid distractions such as cell phones. Observe speed limits – driving too fast or too slow can increase your chance of being in a collision. Make frequent stops. During long trips, rotate drivers.

Our Policies
1. 1 -hr lesson, we will give you 55 minutes to drive and the last 5 minutes of the lesson will be for the review.
2. Changes or cancellations of a lesson must be made 4 hours in advance. Failure to do this will result in the School charging the student a per hour basis late change or cancellation fee.
3. If our instructor arrives at your pickup location and does not show up, you will be charged the full lesson fee. Our instructor will wait up to 10 minutes.
4. A valid BC Class 5 or 7 licenses must be present with you during each lesson. If you fail to present a valid license, you will be charged for that lesson.
5. If ICBC refuses to take you out for your road test which is not related to 5 Star Driving School Ltd., you will still be charged the full amount for the reservation and our instructor’s time.

Hi! I do not drive at all to begin with, BUT that didn’t make as a “negative” or obstruction during our lessons. Parm was totally a good teacher, she is super calm/patient with me, I didn’t see her or heard her get mad at me/raise her voice at me. Good communication skills, really a professional. I have no words to say for a 5-star driving school. Today I got my class 7 license in just one attempt. Honestly, I was the scariest person on this planet to get the license, Param Didi, was the one who helped me to get my license. I was taking classes from someone for almost 1year and I was not able to pass before. With Param Didi’s help, I got my license just in 10 classes.
Trust me she will keep on telling you 1000 times for shoulder check, mirror and how to do parking. In the end, you will see the success that will help you to get the license.

You can not go wrong with choosing 5 Star Driving School! I was only a couple of days away from my road test with no lessons prior when I came across this driving school. I only had 3 days before my test but Parm, who is an incredible instructor made sure she had time for me every day to correct, teach me, and make sure I was confident in every aspect of driving! If you are looking for an amazing driving instructor then you are at a right place. I cleared my road test after taking few lessons from her. I highly recommend 5 Star Driving School, Param is very professional with her way of teaching. You will learn a lot of driving skills from her. Her method and strategies works perfectly fine.
